I believe I found this via the Iowa State Library, however I can also access materials via the University library where I work so I may have gotten to it through that path.
This is the complete book and it's excellent. I hope others are able to access it.
This blog is for the HCI 596 course being taught at Iowa State University through it's Human-Computer Interaction program.
